You get out of it what you put into it. You'll be in our studio for 60-90 minutes each week, but it doesn't stop there. Consistency guarantees results. We expect each EIF member to give 100% effort every full-body training session and have that same dedication when it comes to modifying the lifestyle habits neccessary for lasting results.
