For the last 20 years, we’ve worked with thousands of clients who’ve gotten mind-blowing results with our unique time under tension resistance strength training program. Our boutique fitness studios are never crowded — it’s how we’ve designed it. We make the science of fitness work for you, without all the wasted time and effort of a traditional gym experience.

At Excellence In Fitness, we will help you safely improve strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular health. Our unique resistance training and strength training programs focus on functional fitness exercises that improve joint health, increase bone density, and prevent injury. All full-body workouts are customized in a private upscale environment. Personalized 1-on-1 personal training sessions are performed on specialized equipment targeting core strength, lumbar strength, mobility, and stability.

Your individual fitness plan is specifically tailored to your body, goals, and timeline. Your personal trainer monitors your progress, making adjustments to keep you working effectively as you build stamina and strength.
