Dave grew up in Annapolis, Maryland where he participated in many extreme sports — surfing, rock climbing, and skateboarding. After more than a decade of working in the building engineering and construction fields, he shifted his career path to pursue his love of fitness.

Dave brings his outgoing personality, mentoring skills and compassion to the EIF family. He is a certified Personal Trainer and also a certified Assisted Stretching Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, CPR and AED certified through the American Safety Training Institute, and Body of Excellence certified through Excellence In Fitness.

Dave is also a certified BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) specialist and offers this service to our clients.
