Collin

Collin is a dedicated professional fitness coach raised in Columbia, MD. He immersed himself in competitive sports like baseball and basketball, which sparked his lifelong passion for fitness. He discovered early on that it was not only a powerful tool for managing stress and anxiety but also a way to challenge himself and strive for personal growth. Managing his physical health and building strength became the perfect way to develop healthy competition with himself, fostering that competitive drive formerly satiated by team sports. 

After years of excelling in customer service and sales, Collin made a bold career shift during the COVID-19 pandemic. Embracing the chance to align his professional life with his personal passion, he ventured into the fitness industry. Since embarking on this new path, he's been able to guide others through a variety of strength and resistance training methods, from athletic and agility training to powerlifting. He has, however, found a comfortable home now with a focus in the Body In Excellence Strength Training Program.

Collin's dedication to his clients goes beyond just physical training. He invests time in understanding their unique personalities and health needs, helping them set achievable goals and pushing them beyond their perceived limits. His focus on building strong personal connections not only inspires but also empowers his clients to reach their full potential. 

Collin is happily married and the proud father of one daughter and one son. He obsessively enjoys Ravens football and Orioles baseball and is an avid sports card collector.
