Although I have been working out in gyms and on my own for many years, my workouts with Joe and the other Excellence In Fitness trainers have taken my fitness level higher in a short period of time. The trainers at EIF take a personal and genuine interest in helping me reach my fitness goals. I have been so pleased with my results that I now have my teenage daughter working out at EIF!

Sean Martin |
Sean Martin was born in Washington, D.C. on January 19, 1982 in the middle of the worst blizzard in D.C.'s history to that point. For the majority of his life, he lived and grew up in Annapolis, Maryland. Sean graduated from DeMatha Catholic High School in 2000 and played football and lacrosse and swam for the Stags. It was during his sophomore year that he first met Joe Aben, also a DeMatha alum, and began working out with him during summers for speed, quickness and strength.
Sean went on to Mount St. Mary's College (now Mount Saint Mary's University) to play NCAA Division 1 Lacrosse on scholarship - both academic and athletic. During his 4 years of play at 'the Mount' he was elected team co-captain by his teammates and helped take his team to the NCAA Tournament in 2003. Unfortunately, the national champions knocked out the Mount that year - the University of Virginia. While in college, some of Sean's strength accomplishments included a 385 lb. bench press and 455 lb. squat, due much in part to his very easily discernable love and drive when it comes to weightlifting and strength training. In 2004, Sean graduated with a 3.1 GPA and a BS in Computer Science from the Mount. He currently works as a software engineer at ARINC in Annapolis.
Sean plans to enter some "Strong Man" competitions in the future and has a dream of trying out for the "World's Strongest Man" competition. His personal interests include cars, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. Sean is a perfect match for your strength training and fat loss goals, no matter what they are. He is available for 1-on-1 training instruction.
