Whatever your fitness and weight loss goals are - I will assist you in reaching them.

Results can be seen and felt after a few total body workouts. Proper exercise produces continuous, measurable results. When combined with a well balanced diet, most people will completely transform their bodies in a matter of weeks. By properly balancing push and pull muscle groups with special emphasis on the targeted areas you will gain strength, endurance, and flexibility.

I specifically designed these workouts around weight training for women, weight training for seniors, and weight training for weight loss.

The strength gains my clients experience are immediate and continuous, resulting in significant increases in lean muscle mass as well as tremendous improvements in functional ability and fat loss. I keep accurate records of your performance during each workout so that we can assess your progress and make any changes to your program as needed.
