Do you play a sport? Whether you are looking to gain the competitive edge or just make the team - I will help you.
I will guide you using high intensity techniques ideal for weight training for football, lacrosse, soccer, golf, as well as kids' weight training. Any athlete will benefit greatly by receiving quality instruction and motivation by someone who knows athletic conditioning firsthand. I competed in athletics at a high level and have been trained by the best. I understand what it takes to get to that next level. I have trained recreational athletes, adolescents, high school, college, and professional athletes.
The sports conditioning program at my Annapolis Personal Training Studio was created through years of experience, training with coaches and other fitness professionals, and my own research and history of using high-intensity strength and conditioning techniques.
Sports conditioning workouts consist mainly of multi-joint movements. You will train the entire body with little or no rest between exercises and with a specific emphasis on the hips and legs as well as particular attention to the muscle groups involved with improving your performance of your specific sport. Full body "finishing" exercises or grip work is sometimes included at the end of your workout also.

Sports Conditioning Testimonial:
“ As a multi-sport high school athlete, I always thought that I was in good shape. After completing 1 full year at Excellence In Fitness, I now know what it feels like to be in great shape. I'm bigger, stronger, and faster now! All of the trainers at EIF are great guys to work with and they really care if you are doing well. I can't thank them enough for helping me realize my goals and giving me the self confidence I now have. I want to especially thank Justin Mullen for all of his help and treating me like a brother. Thanks again! ”
