'Wave' Adventure Camp
Another group exercise option is our Wave Adventure Fitness Camp. We combine strength training, core and cardio in a fun, power-packed half-hour workout that meets 3 times a week. The Wave camp is faster paced and best suited for aerobic maintenance after attaining your initial fitness goals...or as an "add-on" to your regular 1-on-1 program.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30pm, Saturdays 7:30am
