Policies and Procedures

  • All training sessions and packages must be paid in full on or before the first day of training specified on the EIF - Client Agreement.
  • All clients shall be mentally focused and give 100 percent effort at every training session. ATTITUDE determines the quality of exercise and progress one makes rather than present physical condition.
  • EIF's philosophies include a holistic approach to health and fitness; clients shall strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle in and out of the studio. Stay positive; enjoy life, but... The beatings will continue until morale improves.
  • We focus on basic compound strength training movements; clients shall train the WHOLE BODY each training session always progressing towards your personal fitness and/or weight loss goals.
  • Safety is the primary concern of staff and clients at EIF. Special attention is placed on technique, form, positioning, and speed (slow) of each repetition of each exercise. Please express any concerns to your trainer if safety issues arise - We are in this together!
  • All clients must be exercising with the guidance and instruction of an EIFtrainer at all times, NO unsupervised training!
  • Clients shall not seek shortcuts, miracle formulas or gimmicks but instead stick to basic and sound information concerning fitness and nutrition.
  • Cancellation Policy - Must be made by 6:00 PM the day before your scheduled appointment. All scheduled appointments not cancelled by 6:00 PM will be charged for the session including appointments rescheduled at a different time the same day. All make-up sessions must be scheduled at the time of cancellation.
  • All appointments missed or not properly rescheduled and/or cancelled will be forfeited.
  • Arrive promptly for your scheduled training session.
  • EIF discourages the use of cell phones while in the studio.

We want what you want - RESULTS! We will do everything possible to assist you in attaining your goals and making your time in EIF a pleasant and productive experience. Please do your part by striving to keep to your weekly workout schedule - whether it is training 1, 2, or 3 times a week. Your health is your number one priority.
