I am certified as a Medical Exercise Specialist through the American Academy of Health & Fitness Professionals. I injured my neck while playing football in college, the injury ended my collegiate athletic career. I drew upon my training with post-rehabilitation techniques as well as the psychological challenges to overcome my personal injury in creating the physical rehabilitation program at EIF.
Your workouts will consist of safe and effective exercises using various weight training techniques including exercises using super slow repetition speed with special emphasis on the injured area(s).
The physical rehabilitation program is also ideal for individuals seeking a quality total body workout or overcoming an old, nagging injury while gaining functional strength, endurance, and flexibility.

It may take the person a longer time to achieve their desired results because he or she only meets with an EIF trainer once per week.

This “VIP” program is our most comprehensive intended for the individual who is serious about obtaining fast results. Three weekly sessions with your EIF trainer will allow you to focus on problem areas and achieve very specific goals in the shortest amount of time. By working out more often with your EIF trainer, you will be more inclined to maintain your healthy lifestyle and stick to a healthy diet.
