Nutritional Counseling
The weight management program at Excellence In Fitness involves a natural, common-sense, and medically supervised approach. While limiting carbohydrates to a reasonable level is certainly an intelligent start we cover in great detail an understanding of the different food groups, and provide information on what components will need to be increased in the diet to support optimal nutrition as one prepares to approach ideal body weight. Our dietary/nutritional approach is individualized and integrated with the fitness training and can offer consistent and long-lasting results.

A general plan designed to benefit many different individuals. The plan introduces nutrient dense foods, healthy fats and oils, whole, raw and organic foods, fermented foods, whole food vitamin and mineral supplementation, and changing eating habits to maximize exercise benefits. The plan also includes meal options, “good” and “best” food choices, as well as what foods to “avoid.”
