Excellence In Fitness has kept me on a rigorous physical fitness regime. I feel fatigued but satisfied after every workout. I can't picture my life without Excellence In Fitness and Joe, my personal fitness coach. He has a great personality and really knows his stuff. The workouts are beneficial, convenient, and most of all, FUN!

physical education. She was commissioned as second lieutenant in the US
Army and served three years before transferring to the Navy in 1980. She
completed her service in 2002, retiring as a captain with twenty-four years
of combined service. One of her assignments in the Navy was the Intramural
Sports Director at the United States Naval Academy. She was responsible for
organizing over twelve sports for the 4000 plus midshipmen participants as
well as a swimming instructor.
Kate is an avid runner completing seven marathons and numerous
half-marathons. Her most recent races were the Marine Corps Marathon and
the Phoenix Half-Marathon in 2004 and 2005. Kate has trained with Joe for
three years and believes that Joe’s program has greatly improved her running
and overall conditioning. Her next goal is to run the Big Sur Marathon in
April 2006. Kate would like to help the EIF family expand its clientele
base to reach middle-aged women (50 plus) who are looking to achieve fitness
through a structured/individualized program, she is available for 1-on-1
training instruction. Kate also enjoys golf, hiking, and skiing with her
