Wanted to reaffirm my belief in the post-rehabilitation workouts you have put me through. After suffering 20 years with a torn ACL, I had the reconstructive Allograft surgery done on my knee this year. My recovery was not going nearly like I thought and I was fairly dejected about the entire process. Coming into your high-intensity program at EIF has transformed my physical and mental state and made me believe that I can achieve any level of physical fitness possible, as long as I'm willing to stay committed and work. Thanks for pulling me back from the dread...of reconstructive surgery...all the best with EIF. You have the right formula and approach to complete fitness.

Justin Mullen |
Justin Mullen is a sixth generation Annapolitan who graduated from Saint Mary's High School in Annapolis. Justin was a Captain of the lacrosse and football teams at St. Mary's. Justin went on to the University of Virginia and graduated in the spring of 2004. While attending the University Justin was a member of the Cavaliers Varsity Lacrosse team. During Justin's four years there the team was extremely successful. In his sophomore year at the University the team lost in double over time in the semi-finals to eventual national champions the Syracuse Orangemen. The following year the Cavaliers went on to finish the season with a 15-2 record and win a National Championship. This was not the first National Championship in the Mullen family. In fact, Justin's father won two lacrosse National Championships at the University of Maryland in 1973 and 1975. Justin's older brother also won a National Championship at the University of Virginia in 1999 and his wife Tara won 4 lacrosse National Championships at the University of Maryland from 1997-2000. In Justin's final year at the University he was named co-captain along with fellow Annapolis native Tillman Johnson. In this final season Justin was injured in the third game of the year with two torn ligaments in his knee. Even though the doctors told Justin he did not have much of a chance of returning to the playing field that season Justin bypassed surgery and underwent extensive rehabilitation and returned for the last four games of the season. Justin understands the importance of naming a goal and setting plans to achieve that goal. With this background in athletics Justin has the qualities and experience necessary to focus upon and reach all clients goals. If any client feels they are falling short of their goal or are feeling discouraged by their progress they should feel free to speak with Justin and ask about the obstacles and barriers he had to overcome during his athletic career.
