Before I started exercising with Joe Aben, I had serious back pain and I was seeing a chiropractor on a regular basis. Not only am I pain-free now, but I no longer need to see my chiropractor. Joe keeps my husband and me accountable to a consistent workout schedule with challenging and functional exercises. He creates personally designed workouts to reach our fitness goals and keeps it fun with his variety of training techniques.

Fitness Assessment
A fitness assessment is a necessary part of the EIF program in order to personalize the client's exercise regime and optimize results. In order to help EIF and the client understand exactly what the physical condition of the client is and what is expected, a fitness assessment is performed before any exercise is started.

Fitness Programs
Maintenance 1x/week or 4 training sessions
Mainstream 2x/week or 8 training sessions
Maximal 3x/week or 12 training sessions

Blood pressure and heart rate is taken as part of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), as well as discussing the client's health history, fitness history, past and/or current injuries, and goals. Body (girth) circumference measurements and body fat analysis (skinfold) is taken at this time. Body circumference (girth) measurements and body fat percentage are effective methods of establishing baseline information and charting the progress of the exercise program as well as motivating the client.
