Excellence In Fitness Opens New Facility
Excellence In Fitness has launched a new training studio in Arnold, MD. EIF, Excellence in Fitness, is a state-of-the art workout space combining weight training with personalized fitness training. The 1,400 square foot facility is designed for one-on-one fitness workouts with personal trainer Joe Aben.
"I'm excited about offering an improved level of fitness to my existing clients and being able to offer a focused approach to fitness for new customers," Joe says. "This facility makes it possible for me to assist my clients in gaining new levels of strength and fitness. I personally hand-picked each machine to give my clients the most effective and efficient workouts through the fullest ranges of motion in the safest way possible."
You get the same personalized, high-intensity strength training in a space dedicated to your private workout. Joe personally instructs and coaches all serious strength trainees through total body workouts that emphasize correct positioning and form.
EIF provides a hard, intense workout that also produces great results. The uninterrupted environment, combined with the best machines and expert training, reduces distraction and provides the focus needed to provide effective training sessions. All sessions are by appointment only: best of all, you are provided with private strength and conditioning instruction with no additional gym membership fees.
